Known as the “Godfather of Mixed Martial Arts,” he co-created the first regulated MMA competition in American history in 1980 — a full 13 years before the UFC. Disciplines
Shorin-Ryu Karate
The oldest Okinawan karate system, passed down through generations. Traditional kata, kumite, and self-defense taught by Grand Master Caliguri himself.
Washin-Ryu
Japanese hard-style karate emphasizing powerful strikes, disciplined stances, and combat effectiveness. A complete fighting system.
Kobudo (Traditional Weapons)
Bo staff, sai, tonfa, nunchaku, and kama. The ancient Okinawan weapons arts that complement empty-hand karate training.
Women's Self-Defense
Practical, real-world self-defense designed specifically for women. Situational awareness, escape techniques, and effective striking.
